Hello Bloggers.
Learning about FOG, maintenance, technologies, and ordinances is a big part of what Grease Guardian does. This past week Grease Guardian attended the 2nd Annual International FOG Conference and NSF in Ann Arbor Michigan. Attending for the second time, it was great to see the event almost double in size!
This conference is uniquely designed around fats, oils, and grease. Bringing together all parties that have a stake in dealing with the growing fats, oils, and grease problems we face around the globe. Municipalities, manufacturers, engineers, and 3rd Party Testing agencies sit down to discuss ideas and propose questions, and offer solutions. Everyone working in unison with the overall goal of advancing FOG awareness and discuss what we have all come across in the field. It is always important to hear about real world applications and to present solutions to deal with them. It allows us to continue to develop our Grease Guardian equipment, providing you with the best quality equipment we can.
Over the next few weeks I will be using this blog to help elaborate on our equipment and discuss some of the topics that we discussed in Michigan. Providing you with useful information about your role in FOG management. Whether you are an existing customer, or you are purchasing equipment for the first time, Grease Guardian can be a resource for you.
Let Grease Guardian be a solution for YOUR restaurant. We will work closely with the end user to help them establish the sizing, equipment, and settings that are correct for them and help create a FOG management routine! Let us be a tool for you.
For more information about Grease Guardian or general questions about grease management please contact us directly. We strive to provide engineers, customers, and city municipalities with the equipment and details to meet their grease projects.
