Not all FOG is alike. With an endless variation on cuisines, ingredients, and cooking styles, the combination of what is going down the drain varies on each FOG management project. As a manufacturer we have taken the time to analyze countless applications and have developed the Grease Guardian X Series to be the most flexible automatic grease removal system on the market. Proper FOG management can be made a lot easier if you install the right piece of equipment and properly maintain it. The flexibility in our Grease Guardians standard features sets us apart from the rest of the machines on the market.
Automatic Wash down Bar
Grease can be tough and our hot water wash down feature gives some applications the additional support needed to properly handle the discharged FOG. Standard on all Grease Guardian X Series equipment you will find a hot water wash down bar inside the machine. When properly connected this wash down bar can be manually or automatically activated. With Grease Guardian’s solid stainless-steel lid securely fastened, the hot water sprays down the internal tank of the machine. Although not a requirement, this daily wash down is incredibly beneficial to your Grease Guardian.
- Conditions and positions the grease mat for skimming
- Washes down the internal components of the machine
- Breaks up any hardened grease or built up residue
- Helps leave a clean machine for the kitchen staff
Ask us about the solenoid valve attachment! It can be used on any of our machines. With this feature the internal wash down of the machine will happen automatically. Controlled by the Grease Guardians PLC, we can program the wash down to activate on its own. Have all the added benefits listed above, with no additional work of the customer.
