CG4 Combi Guardian Series - Automatic Grease Removal For Rotisserie & Combi Oven Applications
Combi Guardian CG4 self-cleaning automatic grease removal unit. The Combi Guardian CG4, (GGX4) point source grease recovery unit intercepts wastewater from the rotisserie or combi oven, separates solids and grease, then automatically removes the settled grease into the external grease collector up to 4 times per day. Spray bar with PLC controlled valve included for water level control and auto cleaning. 304 stainless steel. Optional extras: aeration devices, motion sensor and mounting frames. Standard 3 years warranty.
